Once you subscribe, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Never Forgetti Subscriber Hub.
Simply create your account using your email and a password — and just like that, step one is done!

Need help navigating your client portal? Visit our About page for a quick guide.

Next, tell us which special occasions you'd like help remembering and celebrating.
You can choose whether you'd like a simple Reminder or a full Gift experience.

Just enter your loved one’s details and set a gift budget — we’ll take care of the rest by finding the perfect gift for them.

Once your occasions are added, you’ll be able to view them in your Reminder Hub.

To check the status of any gifts linked to those occasions, simply head to the "My Occasions" tab.

In the "My Occasions" tab, you’ll see the status of each occasion — whether it’s pending, your gift has been sourced, shipped, or delivered.

Once your gift is on its way, shipping details will be updated right there, so keep an eye out!
