Our subscription service offers curated gifts tailored to your loved ones' preferences.

It’s all taken care of in three simple steps:

At sign-up, you tell us who to celebrate (along with their likes and dislikes), what dates matter, and set a budget for each gift or occasion.


From there, we take over.

1. We carefully select a gift that fits the occasion.
2. We send you a link to complete the payment for your gift and or occasion booking.
3. Once the payment is complete, we source and arrange reliable and prompt delivery to either your address or the address of your loved one, which could be anywhere in the world.

Each gift is chosen with care and taste, and delivered on time to the address provided.
You’ll always be the hero. We’ll always be behind the curtain.

Shipping and Returns

Because we work with a global network of businesses to deliver gifts and experiences, returns and exchanges are handled directly by the supplier, however we are always on hand to provide support should any suppliers be proving difficult to deal with.

1. How Returns Work

  • If you or your gift recipient need to return or exchange an item, you’ll need to contact the vendor directly.

  • Each partner has their own returns and exchange policy, including time frames, conditions, and eligibility.

2. Finding Vendor Info

  • Vendor details and contact information will be provided at the time of purchase or in your dashboard/order confirmation.

  • If you can’t locate the vendor or need help making contact, email us at hello@neverforgetti.co.nz and we’ll point you in the right direction.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If the wrong item arrives, or it’s damaged in transit, please contact the vendor as soon as possible (ideally within 5 business days).

  • Let us know too — we’ll back you up and liaise with the partner if needed.
