Subscriptions & Billing
Q: How do the subscriptions work?
A: You choose a plan (Essentials, Premium Touch, or All the Trimmings) and pay for an annual subscription. Depending on your tier, this fee covers reminders & gift suggestions only, or reminders plus a set number of gift services each year.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. However, annual subscriptions will not be refunded should you choose to cancel prior to your billing cycle ending.
Q: Do unused gift services roll over?
A: No. Each plan covers a 12-month period, and gift services reset every year. We’ll send you reminders to make sure you use them all.
Gifts & Reminders
Q: How do I set up my reminders?
A: When you sign up, you will receive an email from us. Its here that we ask for your important dates. You can add, remove, or update them anytime — and we’ll keep your reminder calendar up to date.
Q: How far in advance will I be reminded?
A: Typically 4 weeks before the event, plus a reminder closer to the day. That way you’ll always have time to act.
Q: Do I have to use your gift suggestions?
A: Not at all. We’ll suggest curated ideas tailored to your budget and recipient, but you’re free to purchase your own if you prefer.
Q: Can I approve gifts before they’re purchased?
A: Yes. You’ll always have the final say — we’ll never send or buy anything without your approval.
Wrapping & Delivery
Q: What’s the difference between basic and luxury wrapping?
A: Basic wrapping is neat, simple presentation included in the Premium Touch plan. Luxury wrapping includes premium papers, ribbons, bows, and finishing touches available in All the Trimmings.
Q: Can gifts be delivered directly to the recipient?
A: Yes, we can deliver to you or directly to them. For international delivery, fees may vary — but we’ll always confirm before sending.
Security & Privacy
Q: Will my personal information be safe?
A: Yes. We only use your data to manage your reminders and gift services. Your details will never be sold or shared.
Q: How do you handle payment information?
A: Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. We don’t store your card details on our servers.
Flexibility
Q: Can I switch plans later?
A: Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time to suit your needs.
Q: What if I forget to tell you a new date?
A: You can add it anytime. Just let us know, and we’ll add it to your reminder calendar.
Q: Can I pause my subscription?
A: Yes, we can pause your plan if you need a break, then restart it when you’re ready.
