Individual Gifts

Whether you're short on time, stuck for ideas, or simply want to impress without the stress, our 'One & Done' gift service takes care of everything!

Step 2: Purchase the One & Done Service

Secure your booking by purchasing the service. This lets us begin curating the perfect gift for your occasion.

Step 3: Share the Details

You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to our client portal. There, you’ll tell us who the gift is for, the occasion, and any personal touches you'd like us to include. We’ll take care of the rest—from sourcing to wrapping to delivery.

A 12-month Never Forgetti subscription is designed to take the stress out of gifting all year round. By prepaying for our concierge service, you unlock seamless support across every occasion—birthdays, milestones, holidays, and more. You’ll personalise the budget for each gift as the year unfolds, giving you flexibility and control while we handle the sourcing, wrapping, and delivery. It’s thoughtful gifting, done for you—without the last-minute panic.

Subscribe
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to the Never Forgetti Reminder Hub. Simply sign in and enter your occasion details — it’s quick and easy. Need help navigating the portal? Just follow the steps below.

Before Each Occasion
We search far and wide to find the perfect gift for your loved one. You’ll receive an email with three beautifully curated, personalised gift suggestions.

You Choose, We Deliver
Select your favourite option and complete payment in just a couple of clicks. From there, we take care of everything.

The Finishing Touches
Each gift is thoughtfully personalised, luxuriously wrapped, and shipped directly to you or your loved one. You just sit back, relax, and enjoy the brownie points!

In the "My Occasions" tab, you’ll see the status of each occasion — whether it’s pending, your gift has been sourced, shipped, or delivered.
